HP's Personal Systems division seeks a seasoned marketing leader to define and drive the worldwide PS marketing strategy across Enterprise, SMB, Consumer, and Gaming segments. You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure execution aligned with the business-owned 4P plan and adjust to market dynamics and funding realities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in marketing strategy, planning, and/or go-to-market roles with 3+ years in people leadership in a global/matrix environment.
• Experience defining multi-segment marketing strategies (Commercial/B2B, Consumer; Gaming exposure a plus).
• Track record managing large global marketing budgets and implementing allocation and cost-to-serve frameworks.
• Hands-on with closed-loop measurement, brand tracking, and data-driven optimization.
• Comfort with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) to interrogate data and drive decisions.
• Experience working with senior executives and representing marketing in cross-functional forums.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team that defines the worldwide Personal Systems marketing strategy.
• Orchestrate the execution model across Enterprise, SMB, Consumer, and Gaming segments.
• Define HP's global PS marketing strategy across segments.
• Ensure strategy grounded in customer insights and aligned with the 4P plan.
• Evolve strategy in response to business needs, market dynamics, and funding realities.
• Co-own development of the FY and H2 PS Strategic Marketing Plan.
