Product Pulse is seeking a hands-on UA Manager to own paid acquisition end-to-end, move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works. You will work closely with leadership to shape growth and drive performance across channels.

Responsibilities include launching rapid tests across creatives and funnels, monitoring daily results, turning insights into action, building scalable systems, and exploring new channels. Remote role globally within CET time difference.

Formación

• 2-5 years in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindset.
• Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy.
• Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience managing €100K-€500K per month.
• Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience.
• Programmatic or DSP exposure; Mobile app UA background.
