Job summary

Rush Interactive is seeking a Digital Acquisition Manager to drive growth across Paid Social, Affiliate and Creator/Streamer channels. You will own performance metrics and partner relationships, delivering efficient player acquisition in a data-driven, fast-moving environment.

Role offers remote work across the USA, Spain, Malta or other locations. You will collaborate with CRM, Product and Analytics teams to maximize long-term customer value and ROI, while exploring new acquisition

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital acquisition campaigns in iGaming, Sweepstakes, Social Gaming or similar performance-led digital business.
• Strong knowledge of Paid Social platforms, affiliate marketing and creator/influencer ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to optimise campaigns and measure ROAS, CAC, CPA and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and growth of Paid Social, Affiliate and Creator/Streamer acquisition channels.
• Plan, optimize and scale campaigns across social and emerging digital platforms.
• Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, influencers and content creators.
