David Kennedy Recruitment Limited is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company to hire a Senior Performance Marketer for its Growth team. The role is highly hands-on with ownership of paid campaigns, substantial monthly media spend, and creative testing decisions across mainstream consumer channels.

You’ll drive commercial performance and help scale acquisition across international markets. The position is remote across Europe/Asia with a B2B engagement preference.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on paid acquisition with direct campaign ownership.
• Experience managing large monthly budgets and optimizing CAC/CPA/ROAS.
• Strong understanding of subscription economics and B2C channels.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across channels.
• Control significant monthly acquisition budgets and allocations.
• Analyse CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback to drive decisions.
