Ersilia is seeking a hands-on Senior Performance Marketer to accelerate growth. You will own paid acquisition end-to-end, test aggressively, and collaborate with leadership to scale what works. Remote role with CET-region alignment.

4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition, and proven ability to manage large monthly budgets. Strong analytical and optimization mindset required.

We re looking for a hands-on Senior performance marketer who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

Your responsibilities:

• Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channels
• Launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions
• Turn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvements
• Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently
• Explore and validate new channels as we grow

What we are looking for:

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindset
• Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy
• Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok,etc.)
• Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per month
• Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience
• Programmatic or DSP exposure
• Mobile app UA background

This is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.
