Salve.Lab is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Acquisition & Growth) to join the Growth team of a fast-growing international consumer AI technology company. This is a highly hands-on role focused on managing and scaling significant paid acquisition budgets across mainstream consumer advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit.

You will take direct ownership of campaign execution, creative testing, budget allocation and performance

Competenze

• Extensive hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Proven record of launching and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Direct control of at least $300,000 in monthly ad spend.
• Ability to differentiate personally managed budget from others.
• Strong track record improving CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Experience with consumer subscription or similar B2C businesses.

• Personally launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across mainstream consumer advertising platforms.
• Take direct ownership of significant monthly media budgets, including campaign-level allocation and optimisation.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on scalable B2C customer acquisition.
• Monitor and optimise CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback periods and other commercial performance indicators.
• Lead creative testing initiatives, independently deciding which concepts, audiences and campaigns to test, scale or discontinue.
• Execute high-volume creative testing programmes to identify profitable acquisition opportunities.
• Scale successful campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, geographic markets and customer segments.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and commercial returns.
• Optimise web conversion funnels and subscription journeys to improve customer acquisition and monetisation.
• Evaluate subscription funnel performance, cohort economics and customer lifetime value to guide marketing decisions.
• Allocate advertising budgets across channels based on performance data, commercial priorities and growth opportunities.
• Identify and resolve campaign delivery challenges, advertising account restrictions and platform-related issues when relevant.
• Use attribution and analytics platforms to measure acquisition performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the wider Growth team on creative strategies, performance improvements and international expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging acquisition opportunities.
• Maintain clear accountability for personally managed advertising spend, campaign decisions and measurable results.
