EverAI Limited is hiring for a hands-on User Acquisition role within a fast-growing, fully remote AI company. You will manage core paid channels, optimize funnels, and translate data into creative briefs to drive scalable growth.

The role emphasizes rapid experimentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and content teams. You will work in a high-velocity environment that rewards experimentation, metrics-driven decisions, and clear communication.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Strong ability to learn new dashboards and software quickly.
• Excellent analytical skills with an eye for creative briefs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily management of core paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Support scalable acquisition funnels through tracking implementation and data insights.
• Participate in testing cycles by proposing ad concepts and organizing assets.
• Monitor campaigns and funnel performance; flag anomalies for action.
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams to improve landing pages and conversions.
