Ersilia is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels in a fully remote role. You will leverage product insights and data analysis to optimize the entire user funnel and influence product development for scalable growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, experienced in full-funnel marketing, and capable of executing experiments to improve CAC, LTV, churn, and conversions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Experience managing paid acquisition channels (SEM, social ads) and optimizing for ROI.
• Proficiency in understanding and influencing product development for growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the Spanish market, particularly the Tarragona region, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to acquire and retain users across multiple channels (paid, organic, viral, partnerships).
• Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks in the funnel, and propose/execute experiments to improve key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn rate, conversion rates).
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (SEM, social media ads) with a strong focus on ROI.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product development and features that drive growth.
• Develop and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize user onboarding, activation, and retention flows.
• Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Explore and test new growth channels and innovative marketing tactics.
• Stay abreast of the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Work closely with content, SEO, and CRM teams to ensure a cohesive user journey.
