David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer to join a fast-growing consumer AI Growth team. The role centers on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream consumer channels, launching, testing and optimising campaigns.

You will work remotely within Europe CET+3 and collaborate with the CMO & Co-founder. Ideal candidates have hands-on paid media experience, a track record of launching campaigns and a strong grasp of CAC, ROAS and conversion metrics.

Formación

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven experience launching and optimising campaigns.
• Experience with scalable consumer acquisition platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Reddit).
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
• Ability to explain personal campaign contributions and results.

Responsabilidades

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer platforms.
• Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion and performance.
• Test audiences, creatives and strategies to improve results.
• Monitor results and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Analyse performance data and translate findings into actions.
• Take ownership of campaigns and communicate contributions and results.
• Progress towards independently managing larger budgets.
