Job summary

PULT is seeking a senior marketing/growth manager to own the full funnel end to end. You will drive demand generation across paid, organic and events, own the website and conversion funnel with a partner web agency, and build an AI-native growth engine for scale.

This remote-first role targets international expansion into DACH and UKI markets, requires 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, strong writing and design sensibilities, and a data-driven mindset focused on CAC, pipeline and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a venture-backed scale-up, with hands-on experience across paid, online and offline channels.
• You have run campaigns, written the copy, briefed the designer and read the dashboard yourself.
• AI-native: work with AI daily for research, content, creative, analysis and automation.
• International experience in DACH and/or UKI markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other channels with full budget ownership.
• Own the website and conversion funnel with a web agency: messaging, landing pages, experiments.
• Build the organic engine: SEO, AI search visibility, content for IT/People leaders.
• Run webinar program and turn it into a reliable pipeline source.
