UKG is seeking a Business Development Representative to join the EMEA BDR Team in Barcelona. You will own the Spanish market, collaborate with Account Executives, and drive growth through structured discovery, multi-channel outreach, and opportunity nurturing.

Fluency in Spanish and strong English (B2) are required. Located in or near Barcelona, the role leverages a world-class AI-driven tech stack and CRM to build meaningful pipeline and contribute to UKG's growth strategy across 80,000+

• Own and manage your territory strategy for Spanish companies.
