Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. in Spain (Barcelona) seeks a Business Development Representative for EMEA Sales to drive lead generation and qualification, supporting early-stage pipeline activities for regional accounts.

You will engage target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events, generate qualified meetings, and collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and go-to-market teams to route opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or lead development role (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Experience with outbound prospecting and handling inbound marketing leads.
• Strong communication via phone, video, and written channels.
• Organized, metrics-driven, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Fluent English and German are required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage target accounts through outbound activities.
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Sales Specialists.
• Respond to inbound marketing leads and assess fit based on criteria.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges.
• Articulate customer needs and map them to Autodesk value propositions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, routing, and reporting; pass leads per guidelines.
