Job summary
MTS Globe, a multinational destination management company, is seeking a Business Controller to join our Controlling team and support performance across all destinations.
You will deliver clear financial insights, lead budgeting and monthly closes, and collaborate with sales, operations, data, and AI initiatives to maximize profitability and sustainability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analysis, or performance management role within the tourism industry.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.

- Oversee monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and control.
- Support senior management with financial insights, business understanding, and analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor sales performance to anticipate trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
- Safeguard data quality by understanding business processes end-to-end and how operations work in practice.
- Foster a strong alliance between people and AI, combining human expertise with intelligent technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more impactful insights.
