Job summary

MTS Globe in Spain invites a Business Operations Analyst to turn financial, commercial and operational data into actionable insights that drive performance. You will report to the Area Head and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations and BI teams to support decision making across destinations.

You will develop and monitor KPIs, provide P&L guidance, assist budgeting and forecasting, and promote data quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, commercial, and operational performance across business lines.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Provide financial and operational guidance from a Profit & Loss perspective.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, controlling, or a similar role within the tourism industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Spanish is highly valued.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
