Sinclair in Madrid is seeking a Global Import/Export Expert to own end-to-end customs logistics, compliance and cross-border operations for the global supply chain. You will manage 3PL and forwarder relationships and ensure adherence to GDP, FDA, CE, and local health authority rules.

The role requires 5-8 years in import/export, expertise in HS classification and regulatory changes, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Customs Administration, or related field.

Mansioni

• Ensure full compliance with local and international customs laws, trade regulations, sanctions, export controls, and restrictions across all markets.
• Acquire expert-level knowledge and apply the REX account.
• Perform HS code / tariff classification, origin determination, and customs valuation for pharmaceutical and medical device products.
• Monitor regulatory changes (EU VAT, EX1, EORI, REX, FTAs) and update processes to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, 4PL and warehouses to ensure timely customs clearance.
• Manage import/export processes and track shipments, resolving delays and discrepancies.
• Identify and mitigate trade and customs risks; establish preventive and corrective actions.
• Establish and update SOPs for customs and trade compliance.
