Galenicum in Madrid is seeking a Global Distribution Expert to join our Supply Chain Team. You will manage international shipments, handle customs compliance, and oversee costs and ERP data in SAP S/4HANA.

We value English and Spanish fluency, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 2–4 years of experience in regulated industries. This role offers a dynamic environment, learning opportunities, and a flexible, modern workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operational customs management
• Experience in international transport coordination in regulated industries preferred
• Excellent level of English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, ADE or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export documentation and ensure compliance with trade, local, and customs regulations
• Serve as daily contact for customs brokers and resolve clearance issues
• Coordinate and track daily international shipments for pharma and non-pharma lines
• Log logistics costs and audit carrier invoices in SAP S/4HANA
• Analyze KPI data and drive operational improvements
• Lead process automation and AI initiatives with IT/engineering teams
