Job summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. in Spain seeks an Import/Export Coordinator to manage, supervise, and optimize cross-border flow of goods.

You will serve as the bridge between the company, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure a compliant and efficient global supply chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Deep understanding of Incoterms and customs regulations.
• Negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years in import/export in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all import/export documentation and customs compliance activities.
• Coordinate shipments across Spanish facilities with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers.
• Monitor shipments end-to-end and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Apply Incoterms and control logistics costs including invoices and duties.
• Define and improve import/export processes and broker logistics solutions.
