Job summary

Eurofragance, headquartered in Barcelona with global offices, is seeking a Logistics professional to ensure efficient, compliant and cost-effective international operations. The role blends hands-on execution with process improvement and cross-functional coordination, offering opportunities to progressively take on broader team leadership responsibilities.

You will coordinate end-to-end transport across road, air and ocean, manage exports/imports including customs and Dangerous Goods compliance,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating international transport and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and DG compliance (ADR/IMDG/IATA).
• Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and resolve complex incidents.
• Data-driven approach to monitor KPIs and logistics costs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international transport across road, air and ocean freight.
• Manage export and import processes, including customs, Incoterms and DG compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Lead resolution of complex operational incidents balancing service, cost and risk.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and costs and drive improvement actions.
• Act as technical and operational reference for the Logistics team.
