MSX is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Madrid to support end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with regional and local stakeholders, defining needs, sourcing, and screening approaches to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

The role requires strong English and French language skills, 2+ years in recruitment, and experience with ATS like SmartRecruiters or SuccessFactors. This is a full-time, on-site position at MSXI Office in Madrid.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• English fluency (written and verbal) and French language proficiency.
• At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably international.
• Experience with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors advantageous).
• Results oriented with a process-driven mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialist to identify position requirements and develop deployment recruitment strategies.
• Identify the most appropriate sourcing strategy (posting, active searching, talent pipeline, etc.).
• Perform screening and first contact with candidates to guide them through the selection process.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
• Meet key metrics related to timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone, and error-rate.
