digitainsoftware in Madrid is seeking an HR Generalist focused on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to join our growing team. You will support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR admin to help scale our Spain operations.

You will build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn and recruitment platforms, collaborate with universities, and work with the marketing team on employer branding. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in HR or TA, is fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus), and

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong interest in recruitment strategies and sourcing candidates.
• Experience working with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Portuguese would be a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job platforms and external partnerships.
• Collaborate with universities and schools to attract early talent.
• Work closely with the marketing team on employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks when needed.
• Maintain HR documentation and support employee lifecycle activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and talent attraction initiatives.
