Syclef Iberia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles from Madrid. You will execute direct search and headhunting in competitive markets, actively source candidates, and partner with hiring managers to define effective strategies.

Strong experience with ATS, market mapping, and talent research is essential, along with excellent English and professional communication. This full-time role is based at our Madrid HQ.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as an in-house recruiter or agency recruiter.
• Proven experience in direct search and headhunting for complex profiles.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting scarce technical, blue-collar or specialized profiles.
• Experience managing difficult recruitment with low candidate availability.
• Experience working with an ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and technical profiles, plus corporate roles.
• Execute direct search and headhunting strategies in competitive markets.
• Perform active sourcing via LinkedIn, databases and networks.
• Conduct cold outreach to candidates and generate interest.
• Lead processes with market mapping, talent research and competitive analysis.
• Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews and assess fit.
• Drive recruitment where few active candidates exist with persistence and creativity.
• Engage passive candidates with compelling opportunities.
• Screen for technical and behavioral fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines using ATS.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout.
