Getnet in Madrid is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst to lead end-to-end recruitment for middle-management and technology profiles. You will partner with Hiring Managers to define requirements, map markets, and build sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) plus advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Formación

• End-to-end recruitment experience across senior to IT/technology roles.
• Proven ability to partner with Hiring Managers and define role requirements.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and data-driven recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for middle-management and technology profiles, from intake to offer and onboarding handover.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and shape hiring strategies.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies through direct search, networking, and market mapping.
