Zusammenfassung

Deel is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Consultant) to partner with go‑to‑market and internal teams to drive customer success. In this role, you’ll work hand‑in‑hand with Account Executives to support prospective clients as they evaluate Deel’s platform and product offerings—playing an essential part in showcasing value, credibility, and technical fit.

You’ll be instrumental in translating complex client needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant solutions—supporting every stage of the sales

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years in solutions engineering or similar technical pre‑sales role.
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (discovery, demos, security reviews, integrations).
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery and common integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance).
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR and leaders.
• Willingness to travel inside/outside territory (~10%).
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills with customer‑value focus.

Aufgaben

• Showcase Deel’s platform value to go‑to‑market teams and customers.
• Consult with prospects to assess processes, identify gaps, and propose future‑state solutions.
• Own solution discovery, RFP responses, demos, and integration workshops.
• Translate requirements into designs and align stakeholders on scope and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to unblock questions and accelerate deals.
• Develop technical enablement assets and support marketing‑led initiatives.
• Stay current on tech trends, security/compliance expectations, and best practices.
