Deel is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard and enable clients to integrate Deel’s payroll and compliance platform. You will work with clients to understand needs, configure the platform, and guide them through implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to Deel’s global solutions.

This role blends technical expertise with a strong customer focus, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, and you will manage multiple implementations while delivering training,

Formación

• Fluent level of French and English.
• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Collaborate with clients to configure Deel’s solutions to their needs.
• Provide product expertise and guidance during implementation including integrations and testing.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for seamless handoff.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Capture client feedback for product improvements.
• Manage multiple implementations with high client satisfaction.
