Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring to architect the learning journey for our International (EMEA & APJ) Sales Development organization. You will shorten ramp time for new hires and elevate the skills of existing SDRs through scalable enablement programs and formal certifications.

Lead onboarding, workshops, and training content across global teams, using a modern sales stack. The role offers a flexible calendar, strong compensation, and a path to impact in SaaS sales enablement.

Formación

• 3+ years in sales development or related roles.
• Proven track record in prospecting or full-cycle sales and pipeline building.
• Experience training via storytelling with interactive facilitation.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and data.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs.
• Ability to run multiple global programs and report progress.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver onboarding that moves SDRs from Day 1 to First Meeting Booked quickly.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and create training materials.
• Develop targeted training on pipeline generation, territory planning, messaging and tools.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to boost SDR productivity.
• Establish certification criteria and prepare resources for certifications.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align training with goals.
• Organize SDR assets and keep learning resources up-to-date.
• Implement competency-based training and ongoing 'ever-boarding'.
• Gather feedback and refine enablement strategies regularly.
• Measure content consumption and sentiment; report impact on ramp and conversions.
