Formación

• 2+ years of relative corporate experience in Rewards or HR.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and data-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet tools.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensuring global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at Revolut.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders globally and support the Compensation and Rewards team on high-impact projects and initiatives.
• Leveraging knowledge on market practise and trends to support business goals and ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of compensation and benefits issues.
• Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submissions, bonus calculations, and salary reviews.
• Reviewing and update compensation and benefits-related procedures, policies, and data repositories.
• Acting as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries, providing swift, accurate support to employees and business partners worldwide
