• Experience with Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance in rewards initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on high-impact projects.
• Utilize market knowledge to support business goals in compensation and benefits.
• Provide end-to-end compensation planning and admin support, including benchmarking and salary reviews.
• Review and update compensation and benefits policies and data repositories.
• Serve as go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries worldwide.
