• Leading the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensuring global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at Revolut.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders globally and supporting the Compensation and Rewards team on high-impact projects.
• Utilising market knowledge to support business goals and keep Revolut at the forefront of compensation issues.
• Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support, including benchmarking and salary reviews.
