Revolut in Spain is looking for a People Specialist who will support our employees with compensation and benefits, ensuring best practices and a seamless employment life cycle across the organisation.

You will partner with global stakeholders to design and implement competitive rewards, perform annual compensation planning, benchmarking, and salary reviews while growing a people-centric culture in a fast-paced, international fintech environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of corporate experience in Rewards or HR.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and data-management abilities.
• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
• Ability to build partnerships with internal teams and external clients.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance across rewards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally on projects.
• Apply market trends to support business goals.
• Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration.
• Review and update compensation policies and data repositories.
• Serve as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries.
