Formación

• 2+ years of corporate experience in Rewards or HR.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and data management skills.
• Ability to address issues with creativity and innovation.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to build partnerships with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and develop controls.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at Revolut.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally and support the Compensation and Rewards team on high-impact projects and initiatives.
• Leverage knowledge on market practice and trends to support business goals and market positioning.
• Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submissions, bonus calculations, and salary reviews.
• Review and update compensation and benefits-related procedures, policies, and data repositories.
• Act as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries, providing swift, accurate support to employees and business partners worldwide.
