Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support global compensation and benefits operations. You will partner with teams to implement innovative policies, ensure consistency and compliance, and drive the employee rewards agenda across regions.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, leverage market data, and manage annual compensation processes including benchmarking, surveys, and salary reviews in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant corporate experience in Rewards or HR.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills.
• Ability to address issues with creativity and innovation.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to build partnerships with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and develop controls.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at Revolut.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally and support the Compensation and Rewards team on high-impact projects.
• Leverage market practice and trends to support business goals and keep Revolut at the forefront of compensation and benefits issues.
• Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support including benchmarking, surveys, bonus calculations, and salary reviews.
• Review and update compensation and benefits procedures, policies, and data repositories.
• Serve as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries for employees and partners worldwide.
