Formación

• 2+ years of HR or rewards experience.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical and data-management skills.
• Collaborative attitude with internal and external partners.
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance while shaping rewards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally on high-impact projects.
• Leverage market data to support business goals and positioning.
• Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support.
• Review and update compensation and benefits procedures and data.
• Act as the go-to expert for queries, providing swift support.
