• 2+ years of experience in Rewards or HR roles.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovation.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional planning and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at Revolut.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally on high-impact projects.
• Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support.
• Review and update compensation and benefits-related procedures and data repositories.
• Act as the go-to expert for compensation queries worldwide.
