Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support employees across our global organization, ensuring best-in-class compensation and benefits practices. You’ll partner with stakeholders worldwide to design and implement programs that attract, retain and engage our diverse workforce.

You'll lead end-to-end compensation planning, benchmark roles, manage salary reviews and contribute to building a market-leading rewards function in a fast-growing tech company.

Formación

• 2+ years of corporate experience in Rewards or HR.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and data management skills.
• Ability to address issues with creativity and innovation.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Exceptional planning and project management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure global consistency and compliance while shaping the future of rewards at Revolut.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally and support high-impact projects.
• Leverage market practices and trends to support business goals in compensation and benefits.
• Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support.
• Review and update compensation and benefits procedures and data repositories.
• Act as the go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries worldwide.
