IESE Business School in Madrid seeks a temporary MIM & MIF Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute the programs, ensuring a high-quality participant experience. The role collaborates with faculty, admissions, student affairs, and international partners to deliver class logistics, exams, events, and international modules when applicable.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and proven coordination and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in program coordination, project management, or higher education.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong service orientation and collaboration in international environments.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day operations from onboarding through graduation.
• Ensure smooth execution of academic activities, class logistics, exams, and events.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, providing timely support.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to deliver courses and learning activities.
• Work with Admissions, Career Development, Student Affairs, International Office, IT, Finance to ensure a seamless experience.
• Monitor calendars, deadlines, communications, and processes for accuracy.
• Maintain student records in institutional systems with data quality and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and participant experience.
• Support reports, surveys, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to special projects related to program innovation.
