Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in digital performance marketing.
• Proven partnership management experience (influencer, affiliate).
• Experience with Asia or global markets is an advantage.
• Sharp sales and analytical skills with web/data analytics tools.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with international tech/digital products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of professionals.
• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
• Build and manage a pipeline of new partnerships.
• Negotiate high-impact deals with partners and internally.
• Nurture existing partnerships to drive growth and sales.
• Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
