Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Partnership Director to lead a high-performing team and drive growth across global markets. You will shape partnerships strategy, mentor a talented group, and steer influencer and affiliate collaborations to scale revenue.

You will recruit and engage partners, negotiate high-impact deals, work with product heads to identify business cases, and analyze performance to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience with digital performance marketing.
• Proven track record in partnership management (influencer/affiliate).
• Experience with Asia or global markets is a plus.
• Sharp sales and analytical skills with data tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of professionals.
• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
• Build and manage a pipeline of new partnerships.
• Negotiate internally and externally to close high-impact deals.
• Nurture relationships with partners to drive growth and sales.
• Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product heads to find business cases in markets.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize performance; report on progress.
