Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager to lead marketing for a key partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a dedicated team. You will shape partner strategy, drive measurable business impact through data-driven decisions, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and commercial teams.

You will manage multiple channels, optimize investments, and build analytics capabilities to ensure partnership success and revenue growth on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL proficiency for analysis.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and attribution platforms.
• Experience with experimentation design and statistical analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the partnership marketing strategy and P&L.
• Direct a small team of 2–3 specialists and set OKRs for the partn ership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, and sales.
• Develop analytics roadmap and measure ROI across channels.
