Job summary

eDreams ODIGEO seeks a Prime Partnerships Specialist to manage and grow our global partner ecosystem. This hybrid role blends relationship management, campaign design, and AI-driven optimization to scale performance.

You will collaborate with product, brand, legal, and customer service teams to maximize partner value, monitor metrics, and identify new growth avenues. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in partnership management, partner success, or account management.
Demonstrated high agency and ownership, with a desire to grow partnerships.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience applying AI tools to optimize campaign workflows.
Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Partnership management and nurturing long-term relationships with key partners.
Design and execute joint campaigns to drive mutual growth.
Evaluate partner ecosystems to unlock new collaboration models and AI-driven value.
Monitor partner performance and report on revenue impact, including Prime-related metrics.
Collaborate with product, brand, legal, and customer service teams to run campaigns.
