Hostinger is building an AI-first company and seeks a Community Growth Lead to drive attention, trust, and loyalty among developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers. You will own technical audience strategy around products like MicroVM, VPS, and AI-related offerings, and run webinars, events, and community initiatives.

You will craft compelling narratives, run upper-funnel campaigns, and develop a scalable playbook for engaging technical audiences across channels, forums, and partnerships.

Competenze

• Experience growing technical audiences in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for developers and DevOps teams.
• Proven track record running awareness campaigns, webinars, or meetups.
• Strong collaboration with product, marketing, and creative teams.

• Build and execute strategy to reach developers, DevOps, and AI explorers.
• Tell Hostinger's story across developer-focused channels and events.
• Lead upper-funnel campaigns in multiple markets and languages.
