Job summary

Airalo is hiring a Partnerships Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer growth through strategic partner campaigns and joint initiatives. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Growth, Partnerships, and Product to turn opportunities into measurable results.

You’ll own campaign concepts, evaluate ROI, and scale successful programs across partners while maintaining a strong focus on CAC optimization and revenue impact. This is a remote role across international markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of growth/partner marketing with measurable outcomes.
• Experience running co-marketing campaigns with external partners.
• Strong understanding of CAC, conversion, and marketing metrics.
• Experience planning multi-channel campaigns including paid media, CRM, and partner channels.
• Strong commercial acumen to build business cases and prioritize initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management without direct reporting lines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to turn ideas into initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities with Key Account Managers to evaluate new marketing opportunities.
• Develop joint marketing campaigns leveraging partners' bases and channels.
• Lead campaign strategy, value propositions, channel plans, timelines, and metrics.
• Drive cost-efficient acquisition through partner-owned channels and co-funded campaigns.
• Measure incremental customer acquisition, CAC, revenue, and profitability; test approaches.
• Build scalable programs and repeatable processes across partners.
• Collaborate with Commercial Partnerships, Product, Growth, Data, Finance, and Legal.
