Super is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and continually improve the new-hire experience across the company. You will partner with HR Ops, IT and Workday to shape a persona-based, scalable onboarding journey and enablement for managers and buddies.

Formación

• Background in HR operations, learning & development, or Talent Acquisition.
• Structured, detail-oriented with ability to plan and deliver.
• Proactive communicator and problem-solver across teams.
• Proficient in HRIS and collaboration tools; enjoys using automation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding from pre-start to 90 days with HR Ops, IT and Workday.
• Develop persona-based onboarding for varied employee types.
• Maximise automation and improve onboarding journeys and content.
• Maintain onboarding checklists, timelines, templates, guides and docs.
• Enable managers and buddies; support 90-day planning and training.
• Coordinate onboarding events, sessions and learning activities in Workday/LMS.
