Revolut is expanding its Employer of Record (EOR) offering and seeks a Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to build this function from scratch. You will guide customers from platform setup to first hires, driving adoption and retention.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Ops to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience and scalable processes for a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fast-growth B2B tech or SaaS.
• Experience in customer-facing roles focused on value.
• Fluency in English with strong communication.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end onboarding process for a customer portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships and advise global hiring.
• Address issues proactively and manage escalations.
• Drive product adoption and update customers on features.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Ops.
