The role bridges technology with human connection, tailoring configurations to each client and driving user adoption through training and best practices.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, manage timelines, and provide consultative guidance to ensure successful deployments and long-term satisfaction

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of customer-facing onboarding or customer success experience.
• Desirable knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows.
• Genuine curiosity to understand and fulfil customer needs.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and risk management for multiple onboarding projects.
• Ability to explain complex problems to data analysts, designers or engineers.
• Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and stay current with industry trends.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the onboarding journey for customers after signup.
• Identify objectives, scopes, policies, and rollout plans with customers.
• Configure Pleo for users, including activations, limits, cards, and integrations.
• Test integrations and export expenses to customer accounting systems.
• Provide consulting, best-practise guidance, and training to drive user adoption.
• Prepare data, communications, policies and guides for customers.
• Maintain strong relationships and capture CES scores and testimonials.
