Qualifications

• 3+ years managing remote operations or HR processes across multiple countries.
• Experience maintaining employee documentation and onboarding tasks.
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English for cross-border communications.

Responsibilities

• Employee Documentation: Execute full-cycle employee paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper filing
• HRIS Management: Maintain and update accurate employee data within our HRIS and internal databases
• Onboarding Coordination: Schedule and oversee onboarding tasks, ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and continuously enhance operational workflows
