Welocalize in Barcelona, Spain seeks a Localization Quoting Specialist to assess project scope, prepare quotes, and support the project management team. You will communicate with clients, use language tools, and help drive timely, accurate proposals.

Responsibilities include calculating turnaround times, following up on quotes, monitoring satisfaction, and advising clients on project management and expenses. You will help optimize workflows and protect margins while achieving sales KPIs.

Formación

• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication, comfortable speaking to clients at all levels via phone or video calls.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Total command of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with localization tools such as XTM, Phrase, and FineReader.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares quotes and calculates turnaround times for clients.
• Conducts follow-ups of quotes to achieve target acceptance rate.
• Monitors client satisfaction and changes in usage of services.
• Provides feedback on perceived client satisfaction and service completion.
• Discusses and plans sales strategies for existing clients with Business Developers.
• Advises the client on project management, including costs and expenses.
• Aims to reduce administrative tasks by implementing sales actions to improve workflows and margins.
• Meets KPIs related to quotes, acceptances, and margins.
• Communicates project information clearly to necessary parties and conveys client requests to Project Managers.
• Registers correct information from clients when creating projects in the system (legal entities, PO, billing schedule).
