Qualifikationen

• Native-level Polish required and fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 4+ years of translation/localization/editing or content writing experience.
• 2+ years of review experience.
• Strong understanding of the localization process and CAT tools.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a virtual team.

Aufgaben

• Perform copy-edit tasks on assigned projects or accounts.
• Perform on-demand translation tasks.
• Provide lead support on assigned projects or accounts.
• Manage language materials (glossaries, style guides, work instructions) to required quality standards.
• Handle project-related queries and terminology questions with clients and team members.
• Train and mentor internal linguists and external partners as needed.
• Interact with clients on linguistic matters and contribute to process improvements.
• Aim to meet or exceed KPIs for productivity, delivery times, and quality.
