Welocalize, Inc is seeking a Vendor Project Manager to lead onsite and remote teams, coordinate testing across multiple labs, and serve as the primary client liaison. You will manage schedules, onboarding, training, and process improvements while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and 2+ years in QA, localization or globalization. Multilingual abilities and IT knowledge are highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to Welocalize employees onsite and remotely to ensure timely project execution
• Serve as liaison between Welocalize and the client to meet client needs
• Coordinate testing efforts and resource scheduling across labs/locations
• Meet with client to discuss briefs, deadlines and allocations
• Collaborate with project managers, testers and producers to keep schedules on track
• Maintain internal tracking for attendance, schedules, and workload across language groups
• Screen new candidates and guide testers through tryouts onsite
• Oversee onboarding for new testers/reviewers and provide training guidance
• Develop training materials and operating guidelines
• Respond to testers’ scheduling requests and issues
• Gather feedback on performance and workflow efficiency
• Work with client managers to improve localization/review processes
• Schedule team meetings and promote team-building activities
• Report onsite activity, performance, and client feedback to Welocalize management
• Report candidate status and workload to recruiters and management
