Formación

• Essential: Fluent in English.
• Desirable: Knowledge of translation tools and memory software.
• Essential: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotes and calculate turnaround times for clients (administrative management).
• Follow up quotes to achieve the target acceptance rate.
• Monitor client satisfaction and any increases/decreases in their use of services.
• Provide feedback on perceived client satisfaction and service completion.
• Detect new sales opportunities, bringing add-on business and retaining existing accounts.
• Discuss sales strategies with Business Developers for existing clients.
• Advise clients on how to best manage a project, including costs.
• Reduce admin tasks by implementing sales actions to improve workflows.
• Meet targets for quotes, money quoted, money accepted, and price-per-project.
• Communicate project information clearly to necessary parties.
• Convey client requests effectively to Project managers.
• Finance governance: register correct client information when creating projects (legal entities, PO, billing schedule).
