Geotab Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user computing support in Madrid. The role involves managing IT infrastructure and resolving Service Desk tickets while ensuring SLA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of operating systems, and relevant IT certifications. The position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and various benefits.

Formación

• 1–3 years of previous experience in IT support (service desk, desktop, or infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu).
• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient end-user computing support and manage workplace IT infrastructure.
• Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Support Google Workspace administration, including email and Drive.
